Our company is expanding and looking to hire 5 to 8 entry-level team members with little to no experience necessary. Candidates should be disciplined, energetic, and be a team player. Individuals will work alongside experienced and licensed technicians learning the basics of water filtration installations, filter changes & basic service calls. Entry-level service team members will have the opportunity, within 6 to 12 months, with supervisor approval, to take the necessary courses and testing for state licensing paid for by the company (state regulations apply). Each licensed team member will be eligible for a company truck provided certain performance indicators are met and approved by a supervisor. Your responsibilities will include learning and becoming proficient with our internal customer management systems, understand basic technical procedures, develop a good working relationship with your mentor while learning the necessary skills for your job.
Duties to include:
-Supporting activities such as opening and closing job tickets, installation, repairs, warranty and on-site customer support, tooling service trucks with parts and equipment, and preparing necessary paperwork for each working day.
