Job description
We are in search of excited and motivated individuals who have demonstrated the willingness to grow and mentor others while fulfilling the technical job duties required within the residential or commercial water treatment industry.
Each team member will go through the initial 30 to 60 days paid training and education courses alongside a tenured mentor or licensed manager. You will be eligible for benefits and performance bonuses after 90 days with supervisor approval and you must have a valid drivers license. Each member will be required to pass a background check and drug screening. You will have immediate opportunities to grow and progress through our mentor program. Our goal is growth for each team member while growing the business.
Responsibilities:
-Proper task management
-Great customer service skills
-Ensure open and closed service tickets
-Communicate quality control challenges
-Installation, repairs, maintenance of water treatment equipment.
-Test and check all equipment for quality control
-Operate company appointed vehicles in a safe manner
-Daily safety check and inspection of all vehicles and related equipment
-Build relationships with other team members and clients
-Be able to work with mobile tools such as internal apps and customer relationship management systems
Pay and benefits:
-Pay will be based on technical expertise and experience and determined by the executive team. Eligible for overtime.
